Vanddi M. Sanderson was born on January 9, 1983, in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Cassandra Sanderson and Jesse Rembert, Jr. Vanddi completed her elementary education within the Bridgeport Public School System. She was a child who loved school and was known for her infectious smile, which she passed that beloved smile onto her children.
Vanddi and family relocated to Bradenton, Florida where she completed both Middle and High School. As an adult, Vanddi chose a career in Home Health Care where she excelled. Every client that had the opportunity to have her as their caretaker experienced a level of care that always warranted accolades and esteemed acknowledgements.
Vanddi M. Sanderson departed this life on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Rembert, Jr, her Mother Cassandra Sanderson, and her son, King Messiah.
Vanddi leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Serenity Thomas, Maijuhr Thomas and Omega Yawn; her siblings, Tomeka Sanderson, Jason Rembert, Ciji Sanderson (predeceased brother-in-law Charles CJ Saffore), Jarelle Sanderson, and Jesse Charles Rembert; her grandmother, Dolores Richardson; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; two Godsons Kavious Price and Antonio Gibson; her God sister Latrofia Mitchell; her best friends Daninelle Jenkins, Edmond Smith, Ira Waiters, and Jermaine Johnson.
To know Vanddi M. Sanderson, was to know a woman who exemplified strength, who was a friend and confidant to many, gave of herself selflessly, adored her children and always had them in style, and who absolutely loved to cook. March 4th was the day and time that you needed a rest that only God could give. Your three blessings are your continued walk on this earth. They, along with all who love you, will carry you with us always.
