Sylvia L. Burch was born September 4, 1950 to Willie and Allean (Young) Butler in Orangeburg, South Carolina She was a woman of great faith and demonstrated a very fervent prayer life which oftentimes would be on intercession of others. She was a member and church mother of United Kingdom International Church under the leadership of her son and daughter in law Apostle Howard and Lady Machell Proctor. Family time was everything to her as her family was everything to her. She was always positive in any situation. She was always seen smiling and making others smile. She loved to teach kids how to read and she enjoyed sewing, dancing and various arts and crafts. In her downtime, she could be found watching movies on the Hallmark and Food Network channels.
