Ronald Fletcher, 61, went to his heavenly home with Jesus on Sunday, May 11th, 2025, surrounded by his loving family in Tampa, Florida. Born in Syracuse, New York, on September 19, 1963, Ron lived a life full of love, faith, and service.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Angela Fletcher; his children, John Fletcher and Kara Shilts (Quinton Shilts); and his beloved grandchildren, Jadyn Shilts, Jaxon Shilts, and Mackenzie Fletcher. He is also lovingly remembered by his father, David McCary (Karen McCary), and his mother, Gloria Fletcher; two brothers, four sisters, and many cherished bonus children who were like his own. Ron was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia McCary, and his father, Richard Fletcher.
Ron dedicated 25 years of faithful service to Sherwin-Williams before retiring. He was a proud and active member of Life Covenant Sanctuary in Bradenton, Florida, where he joyfully served and worshipped. His greatest passion was honoring the Lord, followed closely by loving his family deeply and unconditionally.
Ron found joy in simple pleasures—bowling, fishing, cruising, and family gatherings. His warm spirit, steady faith, and generous heart left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Celebration of Life Service will be held 1pm Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Life Covenant Sanctuary 5428 39th Street East Bradenton, Florida 34203.
