Gary Bernard Jackson

Gary graduated from Palmetto High School.  He was the youngest son of the late L.T. and Annie Nell Jackson.  He was employed as an auto detailer at Auto Solutions in Bradenton for 32 years under the management of Ben Shives.

Gary was a faithful, dedicated and active member of Emmanuel God's Church in Bradenton, Fla.  He was always willing to do any work in the church including the lawn maintenance.  

Gary loved to clean and detail vehicles to perfection.  He enjoyed cooking on the barbecue grill and working in his garden.  He took pride in maintaining his yard landscape.  His past times were watching sports on television in his man cave.  His favorite football teams were the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Gary had a quiet demeanor, was extremely kind and willing to help anyone who needed assistance.    

He is preceded in death by his parents; L.T. and Annie Nell Jackson, siblings; L.T. Jackson Jr., Elsie Ford, Shirley Jackson, Priscilla Jackson, son; Randy Smith.

Gary leaves to cherish fond memories of his life:

Sons:  Maurice (Janet) Roberts, Roanoke, Ala., Laurice (Meka) Roberts, Bradenton, Fla.

Daughters:  Latrice (Tony) Roberts, Parrish, Fla., Rhonda (Harlee) Smith, Bradenton, Fla.

Siblings:  Wardell Jackson and Eva (Robert) Bing, both of Palmetto, Fla.

Grandchildren:  Eleven      Great Grandchildren:  Three

Mother in Law:  Minnie Pearl McDaniel, Bradenton, Fla.

Brother in law:  Kary McDaniel, Bradenton, Fla.

Aunts:  Mattie Sims, Ruskin, Fla., Alice Payne, Joann Payne and Ann Pryor all of Bradenton, Fla.

Uncles:  Donald Payne, Ronald Payne, Artis Payne all of Bradenton, Fla.

Special Friends:  Alton, Wayne, Ricky, Marvin, Trent and Hamp

A host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing relatives and friends.
