Carl Gregory Bing

Carl Gregory Bing was born September 1, 1961 in Batesburg, South Carolina to parents James and Willie Mae Marshall Bing.  He answered the Master’s call November 14, 2024.  Carl leaves behind a legacy of dedication and love.  He lived a life full of adventure and purpose.  He was a landscaper by trade and in his personal time, he enjoyed fishing, boating, playing cards and scrapping metal. 

He is survived by his wife Frances Johnson Bing; daughters Quiana Jones, Edziriyah Anderson and Jaleonna Simpson; grandchildren: Julian, Seniqwa (Trey), Sharrakara, Jakayla, K’Anjay, Ashanti, Amari, Gregory III and Raniya; sisters Deborah (Richard) Marshall Reaves, Stella (Roosevelt) Both, Tanya Bing, Alicia Bing,  Jamie Bing, Brenda Stephens, Courtney Young, Lorna Young and Lisa (Cornelius) Jones, sister in law Faye (Bobby) Bing; brother in laws Alfonso (Penny) Wortham and Daniel Wortham; aunts Sue Mae Bing Benton, Minnie Bing Johnson, Johnnie Mae Bing, Pat Bing and Shelly Davis; uncles Richard Bing and Robert (Eva) Bing; god daughter Nameriya Anderson; 12 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Viewing will be held 6-8pm Friday, November 29, 2024 at Apostle I Funeral Home 2403 14th Street West Bradenton, Florida 34205 and Celebration of Life Service 11am Saturday, November 30, 2024 and New Life General Baptist Church 609 9th Street West Palmetto, Florida 34221.
