Ashaunti Monique Gilbert

Ashaunti Monique Gilbert was born August 14, 1983 to parents Marcia Bacon and Jeffrey Gilbert in Bradenton, Florida.  Ashaunti attended Miracles in Motion and graduated from Southeast High School and loved to dance.  She was the "life of the party".  Watching movies and television shows were her favorite entertainment pass times along with spending time with her "favorite cousins".  Ashaunti had a great imagination and truly loved renaming herself daily.

Ashaunti answered the call of promotion from her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Ruskin, Florida.  She is preceded in Heaven by Maternal grandmother Leala Bacon and Paternal grandparents Albert and Laura Gilbert.  Ashaunti leaves cherished memories to her parents Marcia Bacon and Jeffrey (Betty) Gilbert; sisters Bridgett (James) Judge and Candi (Ricardo) Elder; aunts Christine Bacon, Tracy Bacon, Sonya Bacon, Dorether Bacon, Cherish Williams and Laura Mae Gilbert; uncle Albert Gilbert Jr.; great uncle Charles (Linda) Bacon; special cousins Bryan Bacon, Brittany Smith, Turquoise Mabry, Alexia Mabry, Breanna Bacon, Shakiera Dunbar, Taura Denis, A'lana Smith, Shaura Gilbert, Diamond Gilbert, Javaris Gilbert, Tyrese Gilbert, and Ricky Williams.
