Arthur Lee Smith

Arthur Lee Smith born 78  years ago to Flora Moore and John Willie Smith Sr. He was raised by his grandmother Josephine Mayfield “Ma Dear” and grandfather Woodson Mayfield.  He was  born in Vicksburg, Mississippi and attended McIntyre Elementary Junior High School. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Ezella Johnson on December 11, 1985 and the two combined their children and raised them as one family with one LOVE.  He was a deligent  laborer in the construction field for 25+ years.  After retiring, Arthur  enjoyed staying home with his kids and grandkids whom he loved very much.
Arthur is preceded in death by wife Ezella; parents Flora Moore and John Willie Smith Sr.;  sister Bertha Moore; children Sandra Johnson and Vincent Johnson. While leaving fond memories to sons Anthony Brinson,  Arthur (Kylie)  Smiley, Luther Smiley, Christopher Burch, Dwayne Johnson, Torrance (Debra) Johnson and Artis Jefferson; daughters June Evans, Gwendolyn Johnson, Calmellia (Fawn) Johnson and Tabitha (Zaye) Banks; siblings Flora Goings and James  (Evalina) Moore and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
