Angela Foy Willhide

Angela Foy Willhide was born May 19, 1971 in Wilmington, Delaware to parents Carmon and Linda Seymour.  Angela was well known for her biscuits and gravy as she enjoyed feeding people.   She is described as the "social fisherman" as she didn't fish but loved spending time on the water chatting it up.  Angela loved her entire family but took a fondness to the youngest of her great nieces and she cared for all of her nieces and nephews with nothing but love and dedication.  Angela is preceded in death by her parents and leaves fond memories to her husband Donald; daughter Lara (Kelly) Payne; brothers Mark and John (Debbie) Seymour; nieces and nephews Krystal, Adria, Alicia and CJ and a host of extended family and loving friends.  Celebration of Life Service will be held 1pm Saturday, November 18, 2023 at DAV 111 63rd Avenue East Bradenton, Florida 34203.
