Andy Lewis Milton was born December 6, 1964 to Bobby "Black Bart" and Joan Ann Milton. At a very young age, he earned a page in the Bradenton Herald for his abilities and use of a cue stick. He attended Southeast High School and later became a journeyman electrician. Several years back, he was involved in a bad motorcycle accident that left him with a brain injury. He was hospitalized for a number of years. He worked his way back to remembering simple tasks and was released from the facility. Throughout the remainder of his life, Andy made many friends whom have assisted him in countless ways. He also had many friends from his childhood around Gateway East that he could rely on from time to time for an extra dollar, a place to camp, someone to talk to or a place to keep treasures he found. For the last several years he attended The First Presbyterian Church of Bradenton in which he participated in helping the Koinoina Ministry. He leaves behind a sister, Carrie Milton of Wisconsin as well as numerous cousins, a niece and nephew.
