Reginald "Big Time" Lynn Wesley Sr. was born July 29, 1954 in Bradenton, Florida to Elizabeth Ward Wesley and the late Willie C. Wesley.  He graduated from Southeast High School.  He was employed with the City of Sarasota and later retired.  His passion of Racing Cars and Motorcycles was a huge part of his life, as he was a true "FORD" man.  Big Time could fix just about anything and he loved his children along with cooking.  He feed the entire neighborhood and you could always count on him helping other people.  He moved to Ocala in 1995 where he lived until his passing on Friday July 7, 2017 God sounded the trumpet and he returned home.  

Reginald is survived by his children Alphonso Hamilton of New Jersey, Reginald Wesley Jr. of Bradenton and Britani (Tyrel) Prater of Tampa.  Grandchildren: Rejanae Wesley and Tamya Prater.  Siblings: Lula Williams of Tallevast, Michael (Lisa) Wesley Carolyn Saunders, James Byrd (all of Tallevast, Florida), Evelyn (Joel) Johnson of Bradenton, Brenda (Nelson) Page of Jacksonville, Florida, Linda (Rico) Lopez and Tommy Caldwell (both of Palmetto) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday July 14, 2017 with a Homegoing Celebration Service 11am Saturday, July 15, 2017 both at Mt. Tabor MB Church 1703 Tallevast Road Sarasota, Florida 34243. The family is requesting that you make a donation to Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care in lieu of flowers 5955 Rand Boulevard Sarasota, Florida 34238.
