Lee Anders Obituary

Wilbert "Lee" Anders was born November 7, 1947 to parents Bud and June Anders in Monongahela, Pennsylvania.  He was a comedian at heart and always found a way of telling a funny story or joke.  He was notorious for changing the words to every song and had the gift of poetry.  Lee loved his wife and family.  He was the type of man that would do anything for a person while never looking for something in return.  He was a faithful member of The Church Of The Cross in Bradenton, Florida.  Upon his retirement from Verizon, Lee relocated from Waldorf, Maryland to Bradenton Florida and became emersed in his church and also served as Master of Manatee 31 F & A Masons.  Lee is preceded in death by his Parents, Brother: Ronald M. Anders and Sister: Ruth Ann Benson.  He leaves very cherishing memories to his wife of 52 years: Ann (Sug); Daughter: Sarah (Jeff) Levesque; Son: Ronald (Tina) Anders; Brother: Larry (Rita); Grandchildren: Dolly (Gregg) McClendon, Daniel Killillay, Grayson and Ruby Anders; 5 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held 7pm Friday, May 10, 2019 at Church Of The Cross 5051 26th Street West Bradenton, Florida 34207.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Masonic Home 3201 1st Street Northeast St. Petersburg, Florida 33704.
